If you are thinking to rent a vehicle with Penske, don't do it, read this first. Last Sept. 22, I rented a 16 ft truck for 3 days in Austell, GA giving $477. which included $150. deposit which the employee told me they would refund. Ended up paying $830. for vehicle rental plus more than $300. for fuel and NO DEPOSIT REFUND. For me they not only cheated me but also stole my money. That was the first and last time I rent with them.
Needed a 12 ft vehicle to move our son out of state. Reserved the new van but ended up with a truck which actually worked out better. Truck was about 90 mins late to pick-up but I was communicated with several times and kept in the loop. Jessica is so great to work with and provides awesome customer service. Truck was super clean when we got it. It was awesome to drive 800 miles one-way! Highly recommend this rental company!!!
