Don't understand why I have to take 3 pictures of my liscense - Everytime I come in - 4 days out of the week... Just save the info. What kind of Mickey mouse system are we using here? Thought you guys were big time.
Our extreme anger and frustration with Penske corporation has moved us to file a lawsuit. One of their drivers backed up into our small SUV causing significant damage to our front end. They have promised to have their insurance people contact us for a month with no action. Now we will ask for more than damages because we are constantly prone to traffic tickets for driving with only one headlight and no signal light on the right.
Don't understand why I have to take 3 pictures of my liscense Everytime I come in 4 days a week... And I have to depend on the Internet connection working so they can send me a text message? What is going on. Takes 30 mins out of my day Everytime and is infuriating. Fix it.
This review is strictly pointed at corporate not the franchises across the country. We have a strong rental relationship with our franchise and in no way is this review directed towards them. Penske corporate has made the rental experience extremely unpleasant with surprise invoices. Obviously when we are invoiced for something we want to know what it is. By the time you get a response back from corporate, your invoices will be past due. If it's a disputed invoice, they'll tell you sorry you waited too long to dispute it aft... read more
