Shame on Penske! what a horrible experience. We bought a International from these thugs which was completely "inspected" by Penske. Thinking Penske is a reputable outfit we flew our driver out to bring it back. ROTTED OUT covered by thick layers of tar/paint . SHAME SHAME! Do not do business with this terrible almost criminal bunch of thugs.
