This review is strictly pointed at corporate not the franchises across the country. We have a strong rental relationship with our franchise and in no way is this review directed towards them. Penske corporate has made the rental experience extremely unpleasant with surprise invoices. Obviously when we are invoiced for something we want to know what it is. Penske / ALDI Terminal, Center Valley PA I’m sharing my experience so other drivers know what they’re walking into. This terminal treats drivers like we’re just numbers, not people. The workload is constantly pushed to the limit, and it feels like they rely on overworking drivers instead of managing the operation properly. They bring in new drivers every day but don’t provide a policy book or clear guidelines, which causes confusion and sets people up for failure. Horribly run corporation. No one is accountable when there is a problem. Avoid at all costs. Retain legal council immediately if necessary.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!!! Do not even bother… pay is laughable, benefits are a joke - sick time given but penalized for using them, micromanaged for everything even bathroom usage (time away from your desk). Management does not have your back and will snake you at any chance they can.
