I made an appointment a month in advance to bring in my truck for service on a Thursday. I dropped it off the night before my appointment. I had to call after noon the next day to find out what was going on with my truck. They had only diagnosed one of four issues some what and it took till the following Monday for me to hear anything again. I will be trying El Cajon Ford's service department next time.
Always have what i need and can order fast what they dont have.
I waiting 3 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous!
