Mercury Insurance directed me to this collision center as their in network appraiser of damage sustained on my Toyota prius by their client. Although Mercury tells me this review only takes 10 minutes, Pensky cannot give me an appointment for 3 weeks! Mercury tells me they can't approve the work move forward until their approved shop views the damage. I had damaged my driver's door. My insurance company approved them to do the work, as I requested a Ford Dealer. Made an appointment. Reviewed the damage and I drove off. A day later got an estimate and had it approved. A week later all parts were in. I made an appointment to drop it off a few weeks later. Was told 2-3 week for the repair.
