My Mini required collision repair work. I contacted Ms.Heidi Howie the manager at Penske Collision Center in Escondido. Ms. Sarah Farsian was assigned to oversee the repairs to my car. The service was incredible. Heidi and Sarah knew every detail about the repair process and insurance company procedures.
