This place is so unprofessional. I had two different incidents. One was last week I took in for oil change appt at 12:30pm truck was ready since 1:30pm the girl didnt mind going to call me to lobby or texting me until my son saw the truck thru the window lobby, I went outside by then it was 2:30pm. The girl said she had texted me I had no text I seen other workers get their customer to the lobby she didn't. I payed and she went to go get my keys. Would highly recommend GMC dealership and give a huge shoutout to Jose Solis who helped us! He was super attentive, made sure we were comfortable, and explained everything to us to made sure we understood everything we were agreeing to. He made the process super fast even on a busy day, which we loved! We got a brand new GMC Canyon lease, and we couldn’t be happier!!! Big thank you to GMC and Jose Solis!
