Bought a pre owned vehicle with a Penske Warranty, immediately needed repairs. Warranty wasn't valid 1st thirty days. Sales & Finance dodged my calls until I called HQ. Dealer Service Dept. Charged me for repairs despite warranty so I cancelled it. Took over 8 weeks to get warranty refund which they pocketed over 15% of. $28K Camry Turned Into Nearly $48K Financed — Elder Consumer Warning I am 70 years old and purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry with an MSRP of about $28,000. I brought $22,000 in down/trade equity. Yet Toyota Financial Services shows I was financed at nearly $48,000. There is no legitimate way for a $28K vehicle to turn into a $48K loan after a $22K down payment. Bought a Lamborghini here for almost 300k, fully serviced and with a warranty. After the second time driving while putting the car in the garage at 5 km/h , the wheel center cap fell off, causing me to run over it. Penske confidently told me they wouldn't cover the cost and that I could go to a Lamborghini dealer myself and fix it. No words, but bizarre.
Had nothing but trouble since I bought my Toyota tundra 2024 model Limited. The first one I haven’t been able to get my keys for nine months. I finally got them last week, 3-24. Second I had or they put automatic running boards on the limited 2024 tundra model, and I open the door and they obviously the automatic run board didn’t come down and I fell the truck and busted my knee.
