I have a 2017 G550 and needed a front passenger window. I called first thing in the morning and never heard from them. I called Mercedes Benz of Chandler and they said I would have to contact them. I tried multiple times to speak with someone but there's no one to talk to. Stay away from this people. Big huge waist of time. Very unprofessional and disorganized operation. One would think that being a Penske company they would know what they're doing.
