Took my truck for a service and walked out with a smile awesome customer service and great workmanship
I recently witnessed a very dangerous incident involving one of your drivers. A Penske Ute driver blocked the road in front of a bus, causing the bus to nearly veer off the road and having her coffee in hand. There was a complete lack of awareness and concern for safety. The driver showed reckless behavior and total indifference, putting passengers and other road users at serious risk. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, especially from a company of this scale.
