Sadly I had to give them a star to be able to leave a review. Absolute terrible customer service. Worst rental process. I've been here for hours waiting for them to figure out who to call and who to talk to. The guy I'm standing in front of has only gotten up from his chair to smoke a cigarette every 20 minutes. Good news is they hire people that have 0 experience and no GED is required. I won't say any names but it's more than just this Carthage location. I know their Vice President shows 0 initiative. Turns out Penske trucks are the worst in the world with horrible service. I do not recommend Penske for any reason.
