I had a large 401k amount to rollover into an IRA and sent the required form and checked the box to send by FedEx. When I checked my 401k, it showed a zero balance but I had heard nothing from PFS. I sent an email and the response was that it was being processed and "mailed" to my home address. It occurred to me that I would have to sign for the delivery and I emailed the rep the next day to ask for a tracking number.
