I had the experience of working with this company they are very professional they were on time they treated my home just like it was there very own they were very clean they picked up behind them self they got rough and tough spots out of my carpet I thought would not come out they are definitely a 5 star company I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use them again
This company is amazing! I had five years of grandchildren and an elderly parent wreaking havoc on white carpet! I was definitely going to replace the carpet! I thought it was beyond repair. I wanted Pensicola to clean it enough to last until I got a new floor. When they were done, the carpet looked like new! I wish I took before pictures. Will and his team were very professional, prompt, and took much care in handling furniture. I will definitely call them again.
Will has cleaned my carpet since 1987. He has always been fair, done excellent work and always stand behind his work.
