I ordered a couple different types of gooseberry bushes online for the first time. The bushes came within 5 days, very well rooted, and established plants. I’ll be moving them to the raised beds in the fall. 👍👍
I’m so very disappointed. I ordered both blueberries (4), order #15206, and honeyberries (3), order #15854 all to be delivered in May since I’m zone 6b. My blueberries were delivered in November and the honeyberries in February. When I opened the boxes, all were dead. I’ve had no response to my emails. All their responses to these reviews are just excuses. If they can’t do what’s promised, stop taking orders till you’re caught up!
I have ordered several hundred plants from them three times and have had a good experience overall. Great pricing on some very good varieties. Good luck trying to find bulk pricing on mix and match varieties anywhere else. They worked with me splitting up shipping times for different plant types. We just stopped by in person and these folks are LOVELY! Tons of tips and recommendations for how to grow the varieties we chose. There’s a new address but this old one keeps popping up. Pense nursery is current location (2025) is 1946 N Main St Mulberry, AR 72947 United States Excited for our new plants! We bought some for friends too, and will def be back!
The number of the strawberry plants was short. But the main problem is customer service. Whether I am right or wrong in thinking that I should have had a refund (I think that I am right), Mr. Pense was rude and unprofessional. 1) Email was unanswered 2) Refund request filed on web page was unanswered 3) When I called him on the phone he rudely interrupted "get to the point" and then hung up on me.
