I ordered 25 Fanny Packs with my logo to give to my clients. I placed the order on 11/1/25. I received my order about a week later and what I approved was not what I received. I called and asked for it to be corrected (to be reproduced again and shipped to me). Ich habe bei diesem Anbieter individuell bedruckte Kugelschreiber bestellt und leider zweimal hintereinander mangelhafte Ware erhalten. Erste Lieferung: Das Logo war grundsätzlich sauber gedruckt und die Buchstaben waren klar lesbar, jedoch wurde mein Logo mit einem weißen Hintergrund gedruckt, wodurch es kaum sichtbar war. Ordered hats for our company - employees & give aways. The hat on the left was one I had previously ordered AND what I expected. Unfortunately I didn't realize I hadn't ordered these from Pens.com before - and oh boy was I disappointed. You need a magnifying glass to see the logo!! They initially offered a refund & then came back 2 weeks later & said no..... STAY away from hats at this company!
I have placed several orders with the company, but I am disappointed with my latest order. My order has been in production for more than six days, even though I need it within a deadline. Delivery was supposed to take three days, but customer service is not doing anything about it. The service is not good for retaining customers. My company will no longer place orders.
I quite like the pens I received. Two things lowered my satisfaction; 1) I ordered the assorted colours, but there were only three of the four colours in my order. Turns out that they use whatever they have on hand and there may be 1 to 4 colours. Not what I was expecting. 2) the site said that they would provide a proof by email before finalizing the order, but I didn't receive the proof. The image on the pens is very small. It would be better to use all caps and less than 5 words per line.
