Can’t get the name right on the sample products after numerous calls being placed for the right name to be added. Simple solution, they refuse to do it. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!
We ordered 2500 water bottles, received a quote, with shipping included, pre-paid the full amount and then UPS tried to collect $1000 in shipping fees from us. We explained we had aleady paid the shipping. Pens.com agreed and apologized to us but then UPS delivered a second and then a third time - each time asking for $1000. Pens.com kept saying they would take care of it but they never did. That was 3 weeks ago.
The website is misleading and they have zero customer service. I placed a significantly large order that I needed within a specific time frame. Called before placing the order and talked to someone who was supposed to be helping the approval of printing along so I could have it in time. (They promise 2 day processing for shipping) Placed the order the emails seemed to have it approved and it would be sent. Call in, they say its still processing. Call in again, still in processing. Nutzt mein Logo, ungefragt, und druckt es auf Lockangebote und Prospektartige Abbildungen, sowie Stifte, die ich dann kaufen soll, in schlechter Qualität und spricht von "Gravur" - sowas ist mit ladbarer Adresse, abmahnfähig, weil Urheberrechtsverletzung. Das Geschäftsmodell besteht darin, fremde Logos ungenehmigt und unerlaubt zu gewerblichen Zwecken zu nutzen. Der Qualität nach, muss das Logo vom Favicon der Webseite stammen. Voordat je bij pens.com je relatiegeschenk besteld zou ik me wel 2 keer bedenken. Sindsdien kreeg ik (ongevraagd) een pen met mijn logo toegestuurd. Het leek mij leuk om deze aan klanten te geven. Ik gaf aan 'mijn logo links van de pen, rechts mij mobiel nummer' je geloofd het niet maar deze tekst is op de pen gedrukt. Klacht gemeld maar ze gaan er niets aan doen. 150 pennen totaal onbruikbaar en of ik bijna €300,- wil overmaken
