Dr. Pensak claimed I had a fistula in my eardrum and insisted I had to have emergency surgery to fix it in my only good ear. This, even though I insisted it was sudden hearing loss and I had been treated successfully on prior occasions at the Shea Ear Clinic in Memphis.
