Since Austin Sharp left it has declined (5 stars when He worked there! We have a Polaris I have taken in numerous times lately to be returned not working (although they say its fixed & take payment). After I let this drag out I finally called another pool company & they said it might help if you had a screw to hold the sprayer also they just gave it back to us with a torn bag. So I called Tom to explain what I had found & he said they made a mistake & would make it right. However he didn t want to hear I had someone else fix... read more
