Issue: Refused to take responsibility for damages they caused! A new seawall was built and back filled with dirt, with grass seed planted. During the back-flush processing, the drain hose was not positioned properly, resulting in a large hole being dug at a corner on the sea wall., with the dirt being blasted into the bay. Pensacola pools recently replaced my vinyl liner on a 30K gallon rectangle pool. They did an outstanding job. Allen Manning, the service manager promptly came and provided me with an estimate. The liner arrived within the stated time and work started immediately. Fred and his crew set up pumps on day one for ground water removal. Then they drained the pool and followed that with removal and replacement of new liner. Then the pool was filled and I picked up all the chemicals needed to get my water ready to swim for FREE!
