Picked up my dog soaked in urine. I picked up my dog soaking wet and reeking of urine. I also received back half the food I gave to the place, which has never happened anywhere else. Since I picked up my dog yesterday I have had to force feed him as he can not eat by himself anymore. He hardly could move and last night to the point we were fearing for his life.
