RecommendedMy dog Mickey stayed for the 1st time this pass weekend. Thursday - Monday when I picked him up he was ready and glad to see us. However he seemed well taken care of and I have only one complaint. They did a heart worm test on him without calling me . I think you should call and at least let the owners know what you doing and the cost. I would take my dog back to stay again. The staff was really nice each time I called .
My dog was just picked up after a 9 day stay. He has had NO bath. He has poop stuck to his bottom. His eyes are full of gunk and his tear stains are awful. It appears as if he was never even wiped. He was not ready for pick up today even tho I caulked yesterday and was told he was ready. He was given shots he has already received because when I dropped him off with the shot record I was told it was not needed and his collar with his rabies tag was removed by your staff because the dogs can’t keep any personal belongings. Better than the big dog resort. Great for your pet atleast.
Always go to their day care/boarding option to have playtime splash activity! Very fun & exciting seeing all the dogs play in the water pool!
James absolutely loves it here. They take amazing care of him. He goes running straight to the door when I pull up. They have also been accommodating when I wasn’t able to make it to pick him up.

Be warned, this business injured both of our dogs while they were boarded there. Our younger dog has 3 abrasions on his face and they never even told us he was hurt. Our older dog has uncontrollable diarrhea and we are taking her to our vet because we are worried about why she is so sick, when she was completely healthy before we brought her to this disgusting place. On top of all of that, they charged us $132.57 in unauthorized charges. These people should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to our dogs.
