I was able to get in last minute over the weekend when my little girl was sick. Thank goodness they were able to get her in because she needing a breathing treatment. Doctor, techs, and nurses were very compassionate and understanding. Grateful I was able to go here instead of urgent care.
I'll start off by saying that I've been going to this office for a couple of years and never had an issue. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Freeman and just recently got dropped because I wanted to discuss a vaccine with my wife who wasn't present at the time. My daughter has all of her current vaccines and I never refused, but just said that I'll come back. I would like to begin by noting that my overall experience with this practice has been positive. The front office staff, nursing team, and the majority of the physicians have all been professional, courteous, and attentive. However, my experience with Dr. Heather Lenga has been notably different. I found her demeanor to be unprofessional at times, including speaking negatively about colleagues and staff.
