When my daughter was a baby, a Dr here never listened to me and brushed us off several times when I would bring up 2 issues, my daughter has a severe lip tie, Dr kept laughing saying it's fine it'll bust on a water bottle one day when she falls. And the other, she had constant vomiting and gray diarrhea, she kept telling me just switch her to gentle ease formula. We love our doctor but the fact that we have to wait 45 min to an hour AFTER our appointment time every single time, it gets tiring. People have to take of work to come to appointments and it’s a slap in the face and basically being told that our time isn’t as valuable as the offices time is. Very disappointing since we’ve been patients here for 11 years.
The staff is nice and professional. Dr. Ewert is good with my baby and takes the time to address any concerns in a straightforward manner and is very informative. The patient portal needs to be more patient friendly. The profile set ups are odd and it's useful features aren't used/enabled like the messaging function, document/photo uploads. It would be beneficial to have the option to contact the office through messaging or to upload patient image references for problem visits. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Straub!!! He is so great with our little boy. He’s incredibly patient and answers all our first time parent questions. It’s so evident that he truly cares about the welfare of our kiddo. We are so blessed to have him as our doctor. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone! The office itself is wonderful as well. All the receptionist are kind and professional. The nurse we see does her very best to make all shots a less fearful experience.
