Was set to view an available unit as I was moving to town to start a job NAS Pensacola. Drove down from Hattiesburg after speaking with the manager and arranging a time to come by the office. Without any notice, phone call, email, text, the manager rented the house to someone else. So essentially I drove 3 hours for nothing. Never received any further communication from the manager. Would. Not. Recommend
RecommendedThis is the greatest rental company I've ever had the pleasure of being with! Everyone is very nice and the portal they use for paying rent/reporting maintenance needs is wonderful. I've told so many other people about being a tenant with them and recommended them multiple times - and I don't plan on stopping any time soon! Their segue program was most appealing to me, though - if your needs change during your tenancy and you need to move into a bigger/smaller unit, you can do so with 30 days notice as long as you are in goo... read more
