I left my old insurance agent of several years and decided to give Classic Insurance Group a try. Not only did they answer my calls and questions, they found me a homeowners policy that was 50% less than my previous agent offered. I highly recommend this place for your insurance needs!
Please please do not use this company. We got a quote for home insurance through Shana. She would not provide a declarations page in order to close on our home. After we were attempting to figure out another solution with her, she ignored my calls, emails and calls from my lender. This has been so stressful!
When we received a renewal quote for property insurance that looked like the national debt, we searched around for a replacement policy and a replacement insurance broker. We found Shana Silcox with the Classic Insurance Group and were delighted, not only with the sane quote she offered, but also by her competence and professionalism.
Classic Insurance is amazing. Wendy knows her stuff and has been the most helpful agent in town. I requested a quote and Wendy wasn't able to get me a better premium but still advised me how to talk to my current agent , and help me lower my premium. Something my current agent didn't even offer. It's nice to find an agency that explains the ins and outs even if you are not a client. I will be reaching back out to Wendy at renewal
Called and asked for Windy owner to help with Insurance Quote. Brittany who was very nice said I had to talk to Shana. After several emails with no response Shana finally sent a quote and asked by email for my personal info to run a credit check that it might lower the premium. After I sent her the information I could no longer get in touch with her. I tried both email and called no response Left vm etc. I: finally gave up calling. What a total waste of time!
