Amazing service and incredibly communicative! We had them clean after our tenants moved out and they were accommodating to our timeline. And the before and after is amazing! Would recommend a 100 times over!!!

We had Pensacola Carpet and Tile out last week to clean our tile floors, 2 couches, and 1 chair. They did an absolutely amazing job. Our floors had gotten dingy from daily use and a dog. Now they look as good as the day they were installed. Our couches and chair had gotten stained and dirty from owning them for 5 years and we were initially going to sell them and buy new. We have a split level condo of 1400SF of all ceramic tile that we have had cleaned in the past;; This experience was light years ahead by 1. The personal service 2. The attention to detail in protecting our furnishings and our complex walkways & 3. OH WOW our floors have never looked this amazing - their process really got the grime out of the grout & even on the awkward stairways !! They took before and after pictures of all of their work, and they were very thorough throughout the process. The sense of urgency and communication was very much appreciated.
