This business sells on Amazon under the name ‘Junipers’. Yay for reverse searching telephone numbers. They packaged very clearly broken hair clips and sent them to me regardless. The broken pieces are not inside the bag, which is how I know they sent an already-broken product. Oh, yeah, and there’s the fact that they’re stupid enough to send hair clips in a bag anyway. I ordered sprinkler valve covers and they sent me a different size then what I ordered. I contacted them and they said open an ebay return request. But I cannot open one because ebay does not list the item I ordered. Maybe I ordered it as as ebay guest. They have NOT given me any way to return the item or get my money back.
WARNING DO NOT USE for International Shipping ! Product did not show up in Australia, they where completely unhelpful when it came to locating the product. It was left to myself to track down my shipment , to find it was a Philippine's based call center running a courier service in Australia DAI Post who where completely unhelpful in locating my goods. Placed an order on Nov 2nd, inquired why over a week later it still hasn't shipped. They tell me it's on its way to USPS. I call BS. 14 days later and still no package? Tracking says package on its way to USPS and I've even verified USPS is not in possession of the package. Use caution ordering online with this place.
Drop shippers. Still waiting on my order to actually ship after 11 days.
