Really helpful with a warning light issue I had, excellent folks there!
We broke down on our way to our holiday in the Lake District. Phoned numerous garages who all said they were too busy to help (even one that was across the road to where we had broken down). Phoned up and they said to bring the car down and the problem was sorted straight away. Although they were fully booked, the chap thought it might be a quick fix and was able to fix it on the spot. Couldn't be more grateful!
Called today to see if they could take a look at my van and they couldn’t have cared less. Too busy, uninterested, unhelpful and quite frankly pretty rude. Said they’re busy until mid June…. They didn’t ask if that would be okay for me (it would have been fine) and I didn’t have a chance to say as the phone had already been put down.
Dropped by after warning light came on whilst in M6 north of Penrith. Steve couldn’t have been kinder. He immediately checked it out and sorted the issue and wouldn’t accept any payment. Not many White Knights left but Steve is definitely one of them. Thank you!
Couldn't fault them at all , very local and easy to get to . Well priced and all work completed on time . 👌👌
