What can I say, Joe went out of his way to attend to our issues. We are from Qld traveling with our van, had issues with gearbox shuddering and surging from takeoff, rang Joe from Bathurst Friday before Easter, he ordered parts straight away had the car to him Tues before Easter had us back on the road Wed. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, had my transmission rebuilt by another specialist in the area I had on going issues for approximately 8 months and fair trading were involved, these guys had my issues resolved in 48 hrs his communication skills between myself the other repairer and fair trading are to be commended he kept everything amicable between parties with a good outcome for me personally , a team of champions who know exactly what they are doing very professional set up! 100% recommend. My husband had taken his car to Ford who said he needed a whole new transmission and was quoted $7800. Called and spoke to Penrith Transmission Centre who provided excellent knowledge and didn’t need the whole transmission but only a few parts replaced. Got the job done in less than an hour and for a 1/4 of the price Ford quoted. Very professional. So glad we found them and not ripped off by Ford with unnecessary parts.
