Purchase on new Toyota Hrbid in July 26 they installed a air fresher which scratched the dash then denied they installed it. Then they wanted $1000 to replace screen staff were very rude in service .Amanda dodged calls for over a week it wasn't until I asked to talk with her Manager she answered the phone then was very rude and acused us of installing the airfreshner which was out of the welcome pack.
