I’ve genuinely never experienced service this poor from a Toyota dealership. I had to wait a month to get my CHR in for a mechanical inspection. On the day, after being told my car was ready for collection, I travelled back to Toyota Kingswood only to be told they hadn’t actually put the car back together and it would take another three hours.
