As a carer I have been coming here for a while now with the lady I care for and after this morning with the rudeness the guy at the desk showed us we won't be back. I know the appointment was at 12:30 and he tried to tell us we were late (that it was at 11). I booked elsewhere with someone else and get treated 💯 better
The guy sitting behind the console is the most arrogant man ever meet in my life very rude and a dickered to my point. Just walked out and got much better service somewhere else and i will spread the word around don’t ever go there believe me. About John his a nice bloke. That’s there loss not mine
Mark is probably the most rudest person in this business. Unbelievable
You won't find a better optometrist and lens dispenser than John and Mark. My partner and I have been going to Penrith Spectacles for many years. They are caring, thoughtful and happy to listen to any queries you have about your vision. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended by both of us.
