Update 8 months post install… PSC has provided me with excellent post install customer service and product support, which emphasises the importance of selecting the best installer that will be there for you if something goes wrong. My recent problem was an over the air update to my enphase inverter caused a setting change that clipped my solar production in half. I had a 48kw Sig battery installed to two existing solar arrays. PSC were very professional from first enquiry through to quoting and install. Minor hiccup with State rebate but they handled this well. Also a delay with battery stocks but again they handled my frustration well. Called them a couple of weeks after install about some technical issues and they sent a team to rectify the issue promptly.
A big shout out for the team at PSC Energy who spent the last 2 days an installing our solar array and Sigenstor battery system. Joel, Adam, Justin and Tyson were great, knew what they’re doing were doing and worked seamlessly together getting the job done.
