Edit - today we were invited back for a review and met Dr Kuar, she was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time checking every inch of our bodies. I felt that the centre took the time to rectify our concerns and I really appreciate them taking the time to help us to feel safe and cared for. The doctor was terrible, Barely looked at areas of concern for freckles and sun damage e.g. shoulders and fully forgot to check a whole leg. The skin assessment felt rushed through, awkward and uncomfortable. My partner had their skin checked and the doctor went to burn off a skin tag from their forehead. He ended up missing the spot completely and created a small wound and scar and didn't get the skin tag at all. If I could score 0/5 I would, please don't go here.

I feel like we threw our money straight in the bin. Normally my husband gets about 4 to 5 lesions cut or burn everytime this time they burn one thing. It’s been longer than usual so I’m not confident they had a good look. The front reception South African lady was extremely unwelcome and needs an attitude check. We definitely won’t be back.
I've been going here for over 5 years dr alam is great I've had plenty of stuff cut out and everything I've had cut out has left scars they are that light u hardly notice them highley reckon mend this practice
