Apart from the website being out of date and not having what we wanted the shop owner was absolutely incredible in helping out 2 women who had no idea what they were doing and we walked out with a great bike and great deals on our extras. We have one VERY happy 9yr old girl!!!

I have been engaging with these guys by email for spare parts on a bike that they sell since April 2025. My query was for a spare frame part. I have done nothing but initiate the response from them and constantly have been getting a reply as we are waiting to hear from supplier. That does not show any attempts to initiate the query from these guys at all. Very poor customer service.
