Robert was very thorough in his explanations, great work.
Had a great appointment with Robert Standen. I Haven’t been to the physio for years, I initially went for a back injury but I have had problems all over my body. He quickly identified the problems, how they connected and affected the rest of my body and the cause of my problems. He made some adjustments and even after the first appointment I had a lot more mobility. I’m yet to implement the exercises and stretches which I imagine will help even more!
Ann-Lise was fantastic. Talked me through everything and made sure I understood and always asked if I had any questions. At the end of the session told me that if I thought of anything or was unsure about anything just to call. Great friendly client service and knows what she is talking about. Would highly recommend.
