Emily was welcoming and professional during my consult. She clearly explained why i was experiencing pain and discomfort and the purpose of the exercises.
I had my first consultation with Ann-Lise for a lymphatic massage and I cannot recommend enough. Lipedema has been such a struggle to deal with and Ann-Lise guided me through it and the massage every step. Very informative and helpful. I have seen huge changes in the fluid retention after the consultation and the exercises are a huge help. Highly recommend!
