Grace was very helpful at discovering the cause of my pain and giving clear instructions on what exercises I needed to do to build strength and flexibility to relieve the pain.

I visited the centre today and saw Rob who was absolutely amazing. He took time to go through my medical history and ask questions about symptoms and types of pain I had been getting. Then I was asked to do certain movements whilst he looked for potential problems. I went in with a sore back but the actual problem turned out to be a poorly functioning ankle. I had been recommended to PPSC by 5 close friends and I can really see why. Great service from front desk booking to treatment, can`t recommend highly enough.
