Emily was great. As a mother you always worry about the professionals working with your children. Emily was great with my 7 month old. Professional, caring and honest.
I’ve recently suffered from a bulged disc which is causing sciatica. Declan has been great explaining how to deal with the pain, exercises to alleviate the discomfort and also getting me back on the road to a regular exercise routine which I have neglected over the last few years. Can’t thank him enough for sorting me out.

I saw physio Katie at Penrith Physiotherapy Sports Centre three weeks ago, and she solved my knee pain that I’d had for six years. She observed my walking posture and various movements, and identified that my knees were caving inward. She taught me some exercises to do, and I’ve been paying attention to not letting my knees collapse inward at home. Now my knees don’t hurt at all. I highly recommend her—she’s truly amazing.
