Recently purchased a Car for my partner at GWM Nepean Motor Group. I have been in there half a dozen times researching and checking various models, and in my last visit, met Bronte, the Sales Person at GWM. UPDATE (27 JAN 2026): I’m at the dealership as I type this. The replacement part finally arrived, and I was booked in today to have it installed. I finished work at 1 am last night but made sure the car was here by 9 am. Today is exactly three months since I bought the car. I got a call around 1 pm saying the part had been replaced and I could pick up the car. Sales staff were friendly, as expected, but the after sales service has been extremely poor. I bought a brand new Haval H6 on 27 November 2025 and it had a fault from day one. The doors do not unlock when the car stops or when the engine is turned off. I have to use the key to unlock the doors. I contacted them within two or three days of purchase. Was looking at a $53k tank 300 Was approached by a female employee explained we would like to test drive the car. She said ok wait here have a look at the car and I’ll get someone. We did this a male sales person approached and told me to get out of the car, I said explained I was told to look at it and the lady was getting someone to take us for test drive.
