I took my car to get serviced yesterday. Every staff member I interacted with was so lovely and helpful, my car was serviced, hand washed and ready to be picked up within 2 HOURS. I’ve never had my car serviced that quickly before. 10/10, thank you to the team 🫶🏼

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Haval Australia We purchased a vehicle from Haval and have had constant issues ever since, particularly with the cooling system. Initially, we noticed we were having to top up the coolant frequently, so we took it to Haval for inspection. They told us it had been checked and all was fine. A month later, the car went into "Safe Mode" on a busy road due to a water pump failure. I purchased my car Aug 2024 and booked my first service at Nepean Motor Group on 5th June at 7.45am. I was informed i would receive a phone call when it was ready for collection. I also advised that there was a small bubbling in the metalic strip around the air con buttons and i woud like it fixed. 3.30pm arrived and no call.
