Not the most enthusiastic person I have dealt with. All I was told by the company was how difficult the job was going to be. Maybe if you need a job done that is small and not complicated this is the company you would use.
Took a motor in for a conveyor, truly honest hard-working guy with alot of knowledge. Had the issue sorted and motor ready the next morning, highly recomend.
