Awesome service by Maddy, she was very professional and nothing was a bother for her. I know nothing about cars and she took time to explain and organise what i was looking for. My only issue is they don't work Saturday's which would have been more convenient for me but they are open early so i was able to duck in on my 2nd visit and get my wheel before work. Outstanding customer service every time. As a busy mechanic workshop it’s imperative we have parts quickly and efficiently as possible. Yesterday alone we had 2 instances where they didn’t have the part in stock but ordered and organised the delivery elsewhere. We spoke to Maddy and another man who returned our calls quickly and organised the part. Both friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Quick, efficient and reliable. Will never order a part of this company again. Ordered a taillight for a Nissan Dualis , was told will be in by next morning from Newcastle. I called by phone the next morning and told they will call me back. Around 11.30 that day no call, so I called them. Called me back, sorry part was not sent. Again, I have to wait till the next day, after told my part will be here. Again, I wait for the taillight after promised it would have been there. Frustration.
