I can't thank the staff enough, they helped me in my time of need, and very kind and patient listening to my issues.
Husband is disabled and has a large amount of equipment and medication too big a prescription for BOOTS this is dealt with by a specialist company This months fiasco we had a repeat prescription printed 12 August to be sent to a pharmacy in Liverpool by the prepaid envelope provided =,it didn't arrive GP administration staff they claimed it was sent 14th the Pharmacy and Husband contacted thr GP surgery to chase it up when I did not arrive on 22nd they reprinted it again assured it was sent that day 28th my husband called th... read more
They didn't send out my cancer saving repeat prescription again. Phone them up. A slow torturous experience. 1hr 15min before I gave up. I was only 5 in the queue then after an hour I was told I was next. Absolutely terrifying
Phoned this morning, got through at 8.15 and 15 seconds was number 6 in the queue. Got answered 38 minutes later & no appointments to speak to doctor about my epilepsy treatment. So if I have another fit fall over crack my head bleed to death I've gotta phone emergency services. Or phone back tomorrow 👍
I'm fairly new to the practice and since joining I feel really happy with the treatment etc that I've received. All the staff and Doctors have treated me well.
