Friendly and professional! They were able to fix my dryer in record time at a reasonable price! Will definitely call them again if we need repairs!
I called and left a message about a problem with my washer. I had no idea what to ask about, the gentleman I spoke to knew exactly how to guide me. He asked me to explain the issue, and by the end had diagnosed the issue. On top if this, he explained that he could replace it for me, but that it would be easy to replace on my own. It seems this guy is hit or miss and we’re unfortunately in the miss category. Initially was great, but now 2-3 months later he won’t return our calls asking about an ETA for the part he said he ordered. Will change this review if he finally gets back to us, but I’m not holding my breath.
We have used Ethan several times for services to our washer and dryer. He is alway very prompt, professional, kind, trustworthy, and very reasonably priced. We appreciate the service he provides and will recommend him over and over again!
