Had an oil change here today on my RAM 1500. Excellent experience from the moment I arrived; greeted by friendly staff, they pointed out 2 filters that had been neglected and overlooked by other oil change facilities. 5-Stars for staff understanding what "customer" means and treating me with friendly respect. I'll be back !
$190 for an oil change on a half-ton pickup is excessive. I called to discuss it after my spouse got home with the bill, and while the manager was very friendly and acknowledged that their pricing is extremely high, it’s still hard to justify. For comparison, an oil change at Orillia Chevrolet is about $104 with tax…nearly half the price. Based on this experience, I’d recommend going elsewhere for oil changes.
