Had me in and out, and the quote was more affordable than Firestone. Amazing customer service. I will definitely start getting my oil change and even other services done here. 100% recommend this place. Thank you guys for taking care of me.
They have converted me. I wasted time and $ at my local service place this morning and finally drove to Garland for them to fix my issue. I will be bringing all of my cars to this location in Garland from now on. I have received good service from knowledgable people each time I've been here.
Had an oil change and brake flush. Also I thought I had an air conditioner issue but the mechanic found that the dual controls were on different settings. He sinced them and showed me how to operate the controls with no charge. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job.
Be aware of this location! Dishonest and thieves!!! Drove in with a 2024 Honda HRV for an oil change. Three guy looking under my hood, under the car, and all around it. I kept an eye on my car because I knew they were trying to do more than an oil change. Drive off after the oil change and had to return because my maintenance repair light came on within a few minutes of me driving. Manager defense and not helpful! I won’t return to this location.
Jeff and the crew at this location were so nice and provided top quality service. They didn't hound me nor try to get anything extra from me but what I came in for which was for a premium pil change. Jeff also let me know about GISD employee discounts since I am a teacher. Will definitely be back.
