Preparing for a road trip, I called around to get quotes from different shops for an oil change. I called ahead to check in with them and their price was the lowest out of all the places I had called. Dropped my car off with Richie and then left for lunch. Conveniently, he gave me call that my car was ready just as I had finished. The only note is that they forgot to top off my radiator fluid. This location is the best I’ve ever been to! Danny is the mechanic and does amazing work. Richard is also super helpful and anytime I go in for an oil change or any service he always tries to get me the best price. They are upfront about pricing and explain everything they will do before starting the work. I’ve been here multiple times for help with my car, and if I ever move, I would drive out of my way just to come back to this shop.
Highly recommend this shop! I've been coming here for a couple of years, and the team has always been honest, professional, and transparent. They always explain everything clearly and get approval before doing any work. They never push unnecessary services, which says a lot about their integrity. The technician and manager were both great during my recent visit. Excellent service every time!
The gentleman helping me with my car was very transparent and no nonsense. He knew his stuff and shared possible future concerns but didnt force me to get more than I came in for (oil change)! But he also did a general check for my electronics in my car as well as my filters for free! For sure coming back for car stuff in the future :^)
I left Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care feeling like a valued customer, in lieu of, a dollar sign.
