I asked for a regular oil change, and they showed me oil filter asking if I wanted to also change it. I said No. they proceeded to put a new oil filter in, a premium oil filter and synthetic oil after not asking for either. After I explained to them I had asked for regular oil and said no to the filter. They said the manufacturer would’ve gotten them in trouble, I was dumbfounded by that response. They charged me $100. They also told me they put air in my tire when they saw my dash they said one tire was low, no they didn’t.... read more
