Big Problems – Went for oil change for work van. Engine starting knocking and tapping on way home. THEY DIDNT PUT ANY OIL back in after draining it!!!! Made it to pep boys and bought oil to put in ourselves. Went back and kid working climbed under vehicle and confimed no oil leak. Claims he knows he put oil in.
