We have been using Pennywise Fuel Oil since 2003 and our house was being built. We have always had positive experiences with them, prices are reasonable, and deliveries are always done on time and properly. It has been over 20 years now that we have used them, and we would not try to use someone else
Terri the technician is helpful and friendly.
Lori and Cathy are excellent Customer advocates. Even when things don’t go right, they are committed to make things happen to keep us delighted with their service. Truck drivers are courteous, professional, and super-committed to safety. Overall the best value in the Poconos.
I have been using PENNYWISE Fuel for the past seven years for oil and propane and have never had any issues. The office staff, to include Manny, Lynn and Lori, are very friendly and professional. On a few occasions, I have needed their service promptly, and they even delivered a day before the scheduled deliveries. Thank you for your service; it is greatly appreciated.
