Fast delivery time when I needed propane.
I’ve been using Pennywise Fuel for both propane and heating oil for a few years now, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. Their pricing is very fair—definitely one of the more affordable options in the area—and their team is always professional and courteous. Deliveries are always on time, and anytime I’ve had a question or needed to adjust my service, their customer service has been helpful and responsive. PennyWise Fuel has been great. I recently switched to them and I’m really glad I did. I use their automatic delivery and it makes things easier. Before, I had to check my oil tank all the time and call when it got low. Now they just come and fill it up before I even have to think about it. My old supplier said they did automatic deliveries, but they kept missing them. A few times they let my tank run completely empty, which was really stressful especially in the winter. Very reliable deliveries
Been a customer since 2007 and like any relationship you have your challenging moments, but in the end they do make it right. Sometimes the issues are on the customer end. Once we got past that, they have continued to improve on all their good qualities and correct situations as needed. Overall, very happy to have them as my provider.
