My mother passed away in April, and while handling her estate, I accidentally overpaid Pennywise by more than $200. I called before they even cashed the check and was told the refund would be issued as soon as it cleared. That was at the end of June. Today is August 29th. Pennywise has been great so far. Their installer Terry was wonderful to work with, very courteous and willing to do what it takes to satisfy the customer.

Worst fuel company ever. They deposited our check for $114 more than what we wrote it bout for. How can they do that? When we called, they blamed it on the new system. The bill was exactly what we wrote the check for. That is stealing!!! They didn't even apologize.

Pennywise has been a reliable oil supplier for us, most recently coming through on a Sunday when we had run out of oil on a brutally cold day. And, our intake valve was buried in snow - their delivery driver (Tyler Anders) found one of our shovels and dug out just enough of a path to complete the delivery as we were not home. Saved the day!

Our fuel is monitored remotely by Pennywise. As it was explained to me, a delivery is automatically scheduled when fuel levels reach 30%. I called multiple days and was told each time that it would be delivered. Yesterday's delivery never arrived. Now my family has had no fuel to cook or heat my home for the past three days.
