I would strongly caution anyone considering this pool company. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. It took over a year just to get the pool completed, and even after that, there are still unresolved issues with the plaster, tiles, and pump. Beware the don't live up to there word! Justin the owner promised me to fix my deck. They didn't do good work the deck is cracked after a few months. They won't answer calls, text, employees have quit. They are not a good company. He will not warranty his work. Workers are disrespectful to your property. Beware!!! This company is under St John pools and Premier. I've been waiting for a call back for my deposit and nothing after several months. I couldn't get the bank loan and they said they will be refunding the deposit and nothing yet, sales rep not responding emails or calls. I guess this was a good sign to not do a big investment with them.
