After having issues with the Regis and Mastercuts in the mall, I visited JcPenney's salon. I was in from out-of-town for a wedding and desperate to find a stylist who could get me in for a last minute, fairly simple, formal hairstyle that included volume on top, a simple braid, and curls in the back. After telling them my woes, the two ladies at the front couldn't believe the other stylists in the mall claimed they couldn't pull off the simple style. They worked me in immediately.
