Penny has done my hair for years and I have never been disappointed she always knows exactly what to do and I would recommend anyone to try her out.
I hadn't had my hair done in years and was very nervous about it. She did exactly what i asked for and was super friendly. Hands down the best experience I've had at a salon. Seemed to be a good, Godly lady.
