i broke a Very fine gold chain which my sister gave me. i brought it to Pennys after many recommendations from seniors in Brockville. Repair was done timely. Staff very friendly and professional. When i got it back, it was like brand new. No matter how many times my fingers went over the area, it could not feel where the break was . I am so please with the craftsmanship. Thank you. I will be back with other jewelry that i had written off! ❤️

Penny's Jewellery is all about professionalism, creative solutions, friendly welcoming staff, set in a beautiful atmosphere. My 42 year old wedding ring set consisting of 3 individual bands required repair. Penny provided me with a couple options. After retipping, the 3 bands were soldered together, it now looks and feels substantial making it feel like a new ring, I LOVE IT!
