Useless doctors surgery. Do an econsult and get told it's over 2 weeks for an appointment. Or contact a chemist or call 111 if it worsens. Photos sent via econsult with all the relevant information and still can't be seen sooner or offered any advice. Would give 0 stars if I could
I have never done this before, but today was the last straw. I was told Dr Richards wanted a phone appt with me this morning. When she called she said " I hear you want to speak to me"! No, I didn't request this appt! It went from bad to worse & repeatedly she said I was angry. I said I was frustrated & in pain but not angry. Her manner was awful & not at all helpful.
