I only have one vehicle and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day unless I left my truck and came back for it after it was looked at. That’s all fine but not everyone has the means to be able to leave their vehicle find a ride their and back. If I could have just gotten an estimate and time frame of the work that would have had to be done then is when I would have had to figure out the drop of and pick up situation for the days they could have fixed my truck.
