I had the absolute worst experience this morning with a service writer at this place. This guy was new and had no idea how to interact with a customer much less look up anything on computer. After telling me my truck had never been there (which I have had it serviced there multiple times over the past year) he accused me of having an attitude and refused to wait on me.
